Forge services are specifically designed for young adults from 18-25 years and provide a fresh, safe and fun atmosphere aiming to support the transitioning from school life into the next stage. The Forge program supports participants by offering a wide range of social and individual activities in the purpose built centre, home or the community.
• Group programs, focusing on: -lifelong learning, -health & wellbeing, -community access, -socialisation• Individual supports which work toward the achievement of personal goals;• Short Term Accommodation in a purpose built facility which encourages independence and learning for daily living.
